    Job Title: Senior System and Security Administrator

    Location: Boston, MA
    Reports To: VP, IT

    The Senior System and Security Administrator will lead IT infrastructure strategy, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and secure systems. This senior-level role involves shaping the architecture across cloud, identity, security, and enterprise applications, ensuring all IT solutions align with organizational growth strategy and cybersecurity priorities. The organization follows a cloud- and SaaS-first model, requiring familiarity with a variety of SaaS products.

    Responsibilities:

    *

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions
    *

    Lead architectural design and integration of enterprise systems, with a focus on identity management (SSO/SCIM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
    *

    Ensure integration of DNS, email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and device management tools such as Kandji MDM, Intune MDM, and NinjaOne MD
    *

    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, architects, and engineers
    *

    Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines
    *

    Develop and enforce IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, SOC 2)
    *

    Oversee and improve deployment of security tools including SentinelOne, Zscaler, Mimecast, and Datadome
    *

    Act as a key stakeholder in DNS management, brand protection, and email deliverability
    *

    Lead the change control board for SaaS products and serve as a stakeholder for approvals

    Qualifications:

    *

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
    *

    7+ years of progressive experience in IT systems and security administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
    *

    Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
    *

    Strong experience with enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk
    *

    Hands-on experience with identity management, including SSO and SCIM
    *

    Expertise in DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email security best practices
    *

    Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Kandji, Intune, and NinjaOne
    *

    Experience managing Zscaler, Cisco Meraki, and Zero Trust principles
    *

    Solid understanding of IT security standards (NIST CSF, SOC 2)
    *

    Comfortable supporting Kubernetes clusters and Microsoft 365 tenant administration
    *

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience mentoring cross-functional teams

    A leading consulting firm is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive strategic growth across enterprise clients. This is a permanent role based in London, offering a competitive salary of £220,000-£260,000 plus package, with hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites across the UK and Europe.

    Role Overview

    You'll work closely with the AVP of Sales, Head of Development, and Head of Emerging Technology to define and execute go-to-market strategies, close high-value deals, and help clients modernise their data ecosystems and cloud investments.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to acquire new enterprise clients.
    * Build and manage executive-level relationships across complex buying cycles.
    * Collaborate with marketing and business development to generate pipeline.
    * Lead RFP and proposal processes with pre-sales and delivery teams.
    * Act as a trusted advisor, aligning consulting solutions with client business goals.
    * Drive co-sell opportunities with strategic partners.
    * Travel to client sites across the UK and Europe as needed.

    Based in-house, you will be joining and supporting a team who are developing solutions to bring artificial intelligence into healthcare

    You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology, IT infrastructure and systems & information security.

    The position is hands-on, but also includes oversight, facilitation and communication, there are opportunities to work closely with the business on technology and methodology-related decisions and expand your role further

    Other tasks can include managing the IT tools and researching new options, being responsible for IT purchases and acting as a vendor point of contact, as well as offering user support to colleagues and working with QA/managers to find smart solutions

    We are looking for some of the following skills:

    * 3+ years of experience in system administration
    * Experience with Ansible (or equivalent configuration management system)
    * Ability to identify gaps and needs for IT tools; search, compare and select new suitable tools that to automate task and increase efficiency
