    Position Summary
    The consultant is responsible for evaluating business operations, designing scalable solutions within Oracle NetSuite, and supporting implementation and post-go-live optimization. The role works across business and technical teams to ensure configurations, automations, and integrations meet operational and strategic requirements.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    Business Process Analysis

    *

    Engage with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other operational teams to understand workflows and challenges
    *

    Run discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews to document current and target state processes
    *

    Convert business requirements into functional solution designs and documentation

    System Configuration & Solution Delivery

    *

    Configure and enhance NetSuite functionality across areas such as:

    *

    Core Financials (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
    *

    Order Management and Billing cycles
    *

    Procurement and Vendor Management
    *

    Inventory and Warehouse Operations

    Manufacturing processes (where applicable)

    User Enablement

    Required Experience

    *

    Approximately 3-5+ years working with Oracle NetSuite in a functional consulting or systems analyst capacity
    *

    Strong understanding of at least two major process domains (e.g., Finance, O2C, P2P, Inventory, Projects)
    *

    Experience designing full lifecycle functional solutions
    *

    Ability to create functional specifications for technical teams
    *

    Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
    *

    Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, saved searches, reporting, and dashboards

    Preferred Background

    Exposure to multi-subsidiary and multi-currency implementations
