Shape UX/UI Excellence as Our Senior Front-End Developer

Location: Hybrid arrangement in Trondheim (three days onsite per week, with flexibility for remote work)

Vi søker en erfaren backend eller fullstack utvikler med sterk gjennomføringsevne og vilje til å ta teknisk eierskap. Du vil få hovedansvar for et sentralt, egenutviklet matching- og dataplattformprodukt, og bidra til å løfte stabilitet, ytelse og videreutvikling.

Rollen kombinerer forvaltning og nyutvikling, og du blir en nøkkelperson på backend i et lite in-house team med langsiktig teknisk eierskap. Målet er å bygge og videreutvikle robust intern kompetanse og redusere avhengighet av eksterne konsulenter.



Produktet er en egenutviklet matchingsplattform som kobler selgere med relevante kjøpere basert på detaljerte preferanser og avansert databehandling. Løsningen brukes daglig i virksomheten og håndterer et stort volum aktive brukerprofiler.

Teknisk byr systemet på komplekse søk, scoring-algoritmer og sanntidsmatching av nye objekter mot tusenvis av profiler. Her kombineres søketeknologi, hendelsesdrevet arkitektur og effektiv databehandling i produksjon.



Rolle og ansvar

* Fullt teknisk eierskap til plattformen (drift, nyutvikling, stabilitet, ytelse og sikkerhet)
* Vedlikehold og modernisering av eksisterende arkitektur
* Backend- og infrastrukturansvar (AWS, DevOps, databasestruktur, OpenSearch)
* Tett samarbeid med teamet om arkitekturvalg og prioriteringer



Rollen fordeles omtrent slik:

* 50 % eierskap til plattformen - drift, videreutvikling og optimalisering
* 50 % generell utvikling - backend, infrastruktur, databaser, DevOps og ny funksjonalitet



Kvalifikasjoner

* 5+ års solid erfaring med backendutvikling
* Node.js og TypeScript på høyt nivå
* Erfaring med event-drevet arkitektur med verktøly som RabbitMQ
