Senior Software Engineer - Manchester - £70,000

We've partnered with a business who are huge within E-Commerce and needs a Senior Software Engineer to steer the Software ship on a greenfield project!

They're building a platform within AWS - Cloud native with AWS and a serverless stack. We're talking API gateway, Lambda and moreover an automate everything attitude. Terraform for infrastructure as code as well as ECS when it comes to containers - This is not one to be missed!

As a Senior, you'll be the go-to within the Software Engineering function with a tech stack that consists of: Javascript/Typescript, Node serverless microservices - ideally AWS Lambdas. AWS serverless development and deployment frameworks - Serverless framework, AWS SAM, AWS CDK and Front End Development frameworks (React).

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Architect to join our team in Sweden, working on an exciting internal platform migration project for a prominent end user. As a Power Platform Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business processes and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for the platform migration project.
* Design, architect, and implement scalable and robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Lead the technical aspects of the migration project, ensuring high-quality delivery within specified timelines.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
* Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to optimize platform performance and enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect, with expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Common Data Service (CDS).
* Experience with platform migration projects, including data migration and integration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
* Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

- Solid experience in Data & Analytics

You will join a platform team of 4 to support two development teams of 6/9 with modern, scalable and secure AWS cloud & deployment infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

* You will be a part of the team developing the cloud platform and automation pipelines
* Empower engineers, operators and decision-makers to reduce risk, test solutions and open up to new possibilities
* Design and implement scalable, resilient and secure AWS cloud architectures and IaC
* Design and build CI/CD and container infrastructure (Docker) with monitoring, testing and logging systems
